As automotive JavaCard Applets Developer you will be responsible for:

Translate market requirements from automotive customers into product specifications.
Design and develop secure JavaCard applets for car access, battery management, telematic systems and other car-to-cloud services.
Ensure proper internal unit and system tests, support functional and security testing at external test houses.
Give technical guidance to the development team.
Definition and Implementation of Applet Test Specification for Automotive use cases of Customer features and Specifications Standards

As candidate for this role you have:

Bachelor or Master’s degree (computer science or similar)
6+ years JavaCard Applet development experience for mass-market products
Experience with compliancy certification of e.g. payment and eGovernment applications
Good understanding of cryptographic algorithms (e.g. DES, AES, RSA, ECC, PKCS)
Strong communication skills, experience with diverse teams (cultural, geographical)
Experience in technically leading and steering multi-site software development teams
Fluent English skills both verbally and written.
Basic knowledge of automotive standards and procedures (IATF16949, FMEA, ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262)
Experience in technically collaborating in a cross-industry organization (e.g. Car Connectivity Consortium) is a plus
Experience of Applet Debugging and Validation with Industry Java-based Test-Frameworks e.g. Junit or similar
Basic Knowledge of Test Automation with Jenkins or similar
