Your new role at a glance

Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments for new technologies (including DoE´s)
Take responsibility for the definition of required unit processes for the technologies including process stability assessments
Joint technology development with partner front end sites in Malaysia
Proactively collaborate with R&D partners in all divisions, frontend & backend, unit process development, integration.
Take responsibility for the entire process chain (process of records) from the bare substrate until the diced and measured dye
Develop and characterize new process control structures and test structures for electrical measurements to ensure a stable production
Coordinate physical/chemical/electrical analyses to gain a deeper understanding of pot. failure modes within the technology

You are a proactive individual with a passion for new technologies, and are eager to join us on our quest to create a more sustainable future for everyone. You further define yourself through clear communication , team player and leading qualities . To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Master´s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electrochemistry or comparable
Several years of working experience in semiconductor industry (ideally R&D background, Si and SiC expertise preferred)
A solid technical background and expertise on semiconductor technologies (frontend or backend processing and integration)
Practical experience in performing electrical measurements with power device analyzer/curve tracer and wafer probe stations
Good programming skills (LabView, Python, MatLab, etc.), and experience in project management are a plus
Fluent English skills . German skills are a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
