Your territory
As part of our Software Development team, you will:

Ensure product quality relied on by a million pet parents worldwide
Co-manage the development lifecycle from a quality assurance (QA) perspective
Monitor, develop, and extend web automated tests (functional, performance, security)
Perform manual tests in our webshop and web applications
Collaborate with agile development team to improve our products and apps based customer feedback and your own ideas
Participate in the development of new products and features, from initial product definition to final release
Coordinate QA projects and work with interdisciplinary teams (e-commerce, internal tooling, web development team)
Plan and improve our testing process
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile
Key requirements:

Experience in software testing or software development, preferably web
Experience in UI test automation frameworks, especially Playwright and Testcafe
Experience in high-level programming languages, especially Javascript and Typescript
Experience in high-level programming languages and agile development processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Very good English skills

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 42,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
