About the jobAs a Head of Production Planning Frontend you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the planning strategies, processes and the optimal execution across all the products and/or areas in scope. You will also lead a team responsible for the capacity, rough and fine planning in a global production network including sites in Wattens, Serbia, India and external suppliers. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading a team of production and fine planners responsible for factory refining and sorting operations Ensuring product availability for B2C and B2B customer groups through close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders Creating and managing the weekly production program, from infinite demand to detailed sequence planning and prioritization, utilizing systems such as SAP IBP, SAP ECC, and Excel Serving as a key point of contact for mid- and long-term planning while coordinating with other production planning teams Actively participating in Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives and projects within the planning environment. Collaborating closely with key functional departments, including E2E Planning, Production, Order Management, Quality Management, Product Management & Development, and Finance.
