What to do:

Develop customized software for Erste Asset Management on cloud infrastructure.
Be responsible for the technical management and coaching of a development team of 5+ people.
Be involved in the significant co-design of architectural specifications, along with their analysis and implementation.
Participate in the design of the agile software development process, overseeing the further development and optimization of existing software products during operation.
Focus on the entire Java software lifecycle over the next few years.
Act as an interface and hub to customers and management, controlling the ongoing flow of information.

You check these boxes:

Demonstrate hands-on experience as a Full stack software developer with a passion for "clean coding."
Possess strong Java and SQL skills, along with knowledge of modern source frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
Have experience in building interactive applications with frontend technologies preferably Angular. Additionally, knowledge of Angular Js, React Js, Javascript and JQuery would also be welcome.
Have experience with design patterns, unit, and integration tests.
Demonstrate proficiency in writing epics and user stories.
Exhibit motivation through curiosity, commitment, and creativity when introducing and implementing new topics.
Display the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues as a team player.
Very good command of German and English.
