In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our team and learn how to work in a fully agile environment. Start: November 2024 Working hours: 25h/week Place of employment: 1030 Vienna Your mission at RBIYou support to provide GIG specific KPIs for Security You assist testers and developers in their daily work. You troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team You collaborate with the GIG team to improve user experience and address user feedback. You respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on platform usage.
