For the area of Infrastructure & Servicedesk located in Lenzing, Upper Austria, we invite IT experts to submit applications for the role of Teamlead User SupportRef No: 3488Purpose & key responsibilities of the roleThe Teamlead User Support will lead a global team of 20 to to deliver standardized corporate 24/7 User support You will develop and maintain the peer network to Apps & Services, Backend and Security teams You will define and operate IT User Support and service solutions, and enforce rollouts You will support the Head of Infrastructure & Servicedesk You will build capabilities for service orientation and service ownership You will drive user service innovation initiatives and optimize service automation You will ensure the development of employees and support autonomy in the way-of-work Our expectations for this exciting roleYou hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering You have extensive experience in IT Services Management You already have experience as a ServiceDesk- or Frontend Teamleader in a global context You have a willingness to travel (15%) You possess excellent communication skills in English and German (equivalent to ALTE Level 4) You demonstrate modern leadership and management abilities for intercultural teams, and are driven to implement change You have strong organizational, service-oriented, collaborative, and interpersonal skills The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is 4.600EUR per month , with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
