Here, we develop innovative solutions to meet the global demands of plastics processing, setting new standards in efficiency and technology. To strengthen our team, we are looking for: Software Development (m/w/d)Your Role in the TeamDesign and develop machine control software for injection molding machines and HMIs Implement software solutions using C, C++, Python, and JavaScript Conduct software testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high quality and reliability Take ownership of project coordination and management, ensuring smooth execution between teams in Austria and South Korea Act as a communication bridge, facilitating effective interdisciplinary collaboration between technical and project teams Participate actively in technical meetings, ensuring clarity, progress tracking, and issue resolution Your Qualifications / SkillsetNative Korean language skills, with very good English proficiency. German is a bonus. Technical education and understanding, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, or mechatronics Experience in facilitating communication between international teams is an advantage Open-mindedness for new tasks and a willingness to learn Strong team player with initiative and a structured work approach Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily to South Korea.
