Does that sound interesting? - Then we are looking for you for our team in Vienna as a  Global System Engineer / Integration Specialist Radiology Solutions (m/f/d)  - Home office possible As Global System/Integration Engineer in the global DIIT Transition and Launch team, you will be a technical expert on PACSonWEB, a cloud-native PACS. Working closely with regional teams, you will provide advanced technical support for complex projects and escalated issues, helping them become self-sufficient. Key responsibilities include offering third-line support, participating in integration and migration projects, and monitoring the PACSonWEB cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with product management, R&D, and third-party vendors to ensure serviceability, scalability, and seamless integration. Additionally, you will drive operational improvements, enhance team tools, and refine documentation. As a crucial part of the team driving PACSonWEB's exponential growth, you will play a vital role in supporting its successful worldwide rollout. Your new role:Support and monitor the PACSonWEB cloud Infrastructure. Train regional teams to help them become proficient and stand alone. Provide technical support for the regions for 1st or complex PACSonWEB implementations. Provide 3th level support to the regions. Provide input to product management and R&D concerning serviceability and scalability. Define, test and document integration and installation strategy. Participate In project scoping for PACSonWEB Integrations and migrations. Contribute to the team's toolset by improving or creating tools and documentation. Your skills:Bachelor or Master in ICT and/or informatics; or equally experienced Minimum 2 years experience, but consideration will be given to the right candidate PACS / RIS System experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus Fluency in English (verbal and written) Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, …) Knowledge of relational database management systems (MSSQL, Postgres) Knowledge of server hardware Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Javascript) and SQL preferred Experience with Cloud environments preferred Knowledge of AWS is a plus Positive attitude, proactive, self-starter, both action and results oriented Well-developed analytical, diagnostic and problem resolution skills A strong team player, maintaining a high level of quality in a challenging environment Continuous learning orientation; keeping aware of new and emerging technologies Willingness to travel and work out of hours if required.
