In order to support us in driving our ambitious initiative in building up and establishing UNIQA's Enterprise Data Platform we are hiring a Solution owner (f/m/d) UNIQA Data PlatformYour main responsibilitiesLeading the Data Operations and System Engineering activities around UNIQA's Big Data Acting in the agile role of the platform product/owner, defining, managing and setting the priority of the backlog Determination of the requirements for operating and running systems, which process large data volumes from a variety of data sources Contributing to an agile team, which is committed to the fast delivery of high-quality results using technology stacks for Big Data development and operations in an international environment Managing the lifecycle of insurance-related Big Data and Data Science use cases Applying the DevOps methodology and improvement of the routines and procedures Operating & monitoring Data Processing systems (consisting mainly of Cloudera, On-Prem, AWS & Azure) Your qualificationHigh Proficiency in operation skills (Linux) for Middleware Technology Stacks like Cloudera Data Platform/Hortonworks Proficiency in of Java Development in enterprise-grade environments and scripting (UNIX Shell, Perl, PHP, Python or similar) und DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins/Hudson, Docker, Openshift/Kubernetes) Experience in the configuration of CICD and IaC (Jenkins, Ansible/Terra Form) Know-How in Networking & IT Security area well as for Web-Service Interfaces (REST, SOAP) Know-How in Job Scheduling & Job Automation (e.g. Automic) Experience on operating Apps using Cloud Infrastructure Provider APIs & Management Consoles (e.g. Azure / AWS / Google Cloud) is of advantage Very good communication skills in English (German, Slovak, Bulgarian or Hungarian as a plus) Your core competenciesAbility to solve problems: Your solutions follows a certain method Organization: You have the ability to use resources efficiently Information: Your communication is clear and in time Integrity and trust: You are hands-on and trustworthy Team Player mentality: We can count on you We offer:Office in the heart of Vienna and possibility of mobile working Open communication and feedback culture within the company Family-friendly company including additional benefits Appealing career opportunities and a wide range of further education Company pension scheme Onboarding program, guidance and support from experienced colleagues and leaders since day one Flexible working hours through flexitime agreements Your minimum annual salary: 65.000 Euro gross.
