Our UNIQA Team Digital based in Vienna is further developing and is looking for a Senior UX Designer (m/f/d)Design is at the core of your DNA. You are passionate about creating effective digital user experiences together with product owners and other designers. You are brave enough to cut everything if it's not working. Simplicity and a strong focus on the most important interactions are part of what defines your design philosophy. Your main responsibilitiesYou take new ideas from a vague concept to fully implemented solutions, making sure UX principles and standards are met You don't hesitate creating wireframes and user journeys with pen and paper or on a (digital) whiteboard. You work closely with stakeholders, product owners and developersto deliver great user experiences that are based on user needs, behavioral data and business objectives You confidently communicate interface concepts and design alternatives within the team discussing your recommendations with stakeholders You create and maintain UX principles and interface guidelines (pattern library) ensuring consistency of our digital products. You stay up to date with new UX trends, best practices and innovative technologies Your qualificationBachelor's in Fine Arts or Communication Design, Interactive Design, HCI OR self-educated with relevant working experience 5+ years of experience in UX design for digital products Experience working in cross-functional teams for agile Software development Comfortable with sketching user interfaces and user journeys Proficient at Figma or similar prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch) Demonstrated ability to solve all sorts of design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision Collaborative nature with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least basic skills in German Ability to lead UX initiatives in a self-driven and proactive way Basic knowledge of front-end languages like HTML5 and JavaScript is a plus Your core competenciesAbility to solve problems: Your solutions follows a certain method Costumer orientation: Your solutions are tailor-made for specific needs Organization: You have the ability to use resources efficiently Information: Your communication is clear and in time Integrity and trust: You are hands-on and trustworthy We offer:Office in the heart of Vienna and possibility of mobile working Open communication and feedback culture within the company Appealing career opportunities and a wide range of further education Onboarding program, guidance and support from experienced colleagues and leaders since day one Flexible working hours through flexitime agreements Your minimum annual salary: 40 414,08 Euro gross.
