My client is specialized continuous and AI cloud Testing and DevOps. You will have the opportunity to be at the helm of exciting international projects and contribute to innovative new solutions. The position is located in Vienna or Prague. Senior Software Engineer Backend (m/f/d) full remote Your responsibilities: Build new backend functionalities and rebuild the current system into a more microservice oriented one to increase deploy speed Service deployment using Java (1.8+) in combination with Spring technologies and Rest APIs Container development on any Kubernetes platform Working with Pub/Sub streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka, NATS) Participate in the entire software development process Your profile: A bachelors or graduate degree in a relevant field such as computer science, software engineering, etc., or equivalent working experience Minimum 4 years' experience in software development Excellent Java / Spring experience Proven AWS Cloud Service experience Bonus points if you have skills with: Tools like Helm3 and either ArgoCD or Flagger/Flux Observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry,…) Container Security and control via OAuth2.0/OIDC protocols Good English skills Your benefits: A competitive yearly gross salary starting at EUR 55.000,-.
