YOUR TASKSCommunicate with different Stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements Work closely with product managers, product owners, developers and end-users to ensure application designs meet user needs Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting needs and decompose high-level requirements into detailed ones Act as a subject matter expert and help Product Managers and Product Owners to determine how new functionalities or changes impact the existing business processes and user workflows Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure adherence to requirements Support the Product Owner in refinement meetings to structure and align requirements with the development teams, including technical analysis of the requirements Manage Requirements documentation and traceability throughout Software Development Lifecycle YOUR PROFILEAt least 3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer Passion for technology and a thorough understanding of front-end and back-end development Confidence to work with both the technical and commercial sides of an organization Ability to break down complex problems into solvable and understandable parts Solid analytical, communication skills, and collaboration skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent command of both spoken and written English Experience with JIRA, Confluence, wireframe, and diagramming tools Nice to have: Experience in the online gambling industry Certification as requirements engineer (CPRE or similar) HOW TO APPLYOur employees are our most valuable asset, which is why we honour their exceptional work with not only a variety of benefits, but also a very competitive salary.
