It takes technical skills and accuracy plus a communitive nature to get the job done. You will work in an international team and execute a variety of support tasks regarding the use of SW. In this job, you will: be in charge of "first-level support" to our SW users regarding installation and daily use, collect feedback, bug reports, as well as feature requests and communicate these to SW product owners be responsible for regular technical trainings of our SW users provide the user documentation and keep it up-to-date (installation guide, getting started, user manual) maintain our scripting (frontend) codebase as part of the evaluation kit package participate in the SW test and release process provide a "four-eye principle" validation of new releases, especially hands-on validation of new features on real target HW. ProfileYou already have experience in Software Engineering and are familiar with scripting languages.You actually think that Teamwork makes the dream work and possess a communicative attitude towards your colleagues. With the following knowledge, experience and skills you are best equipped for this task: a degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields 2+ years of experience in scripting languages like Matlab and python (mandatory) experience with ticket and software application lifecycle management systems incl. knowledge sharing in an international multi-site team ideally have 2+ years of experience in SW development with knowledge of embedded systems (HW/SW) and micro-controller programming possess fluent English skills. German is a big plus.
