The Agile Delivery Corporate Banking is developing Greenfield IT Solutions for the "Customer Master Data and Lifecycle Management" of RBI. This fully supports RBIs vision to become most recommended bank in CEE. As an agile delivery unit we are working with state of the art technologies in the cloud. We are a cross-functional Team of both business and IT experts. Join us and start the journey as a: Backend Developer for the Customer Master Data Management Solution (f/m/d)Do you have Outstanding Development skills, can you design & write clean code, troubleshoot & solve problems (in Java, Python or Golang)then come and help us Build cloud native applications (running on Kubernetes environment) Create new features; revise, update, refactor existing code Design APIs, events and event schemas Think using reactive programming patterns Use Event-streaming & event-sourcing (using Apache Pulsar). Implement Microservices or Functions as a Service Save data in a graph database (neo4j) or relational database (PostgreSQL) get everything automated: integration, tests, deployment, use declarative gitops (with argocd) Participate in requirements analysis; assist POs in defining requirements and explain the capabilities and limitations of various systems Define Software architectures for upcoming business requirements Support the architects to define the software and solution architecture everything in an international agile environment - Work closely together with business analysts, frontend developer, testers and DevOps Soft Skills: Pro-active attitude and team orientation Excellent communication skill Structured working approach and problem solving skills Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus Multi culture sensibility What we offer: You'll work in an international team at a leading bank You'll benefit from flexible working arrangements and determine your own work-life balance You'll benefit from the very latest in tailored professional development You'll earn an appropriate salary starting at 47.000,-- gross p.a. including overtime with clear willingness to overpay, depending on concrete skills and experiences RBI AG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
