Quick infoLocation Villach Entry level 5+ years Job ID 336296 Start as soon as possible Type Full time Contract Permanent Job descriptionIn your new job you will: Have the ownership of competitive (performance, cost & quality) products after completion of the development for our PSS DCDC EP & PMCD products Perform a complete analysis / verification of newly designed products to ensure manufacturability Take over overall ownership for the cost down and cost avoidance activities for DCDC EP & PMCD products to ensure long term outstanding cost position Be in charge of the yield stabilization / optimization during ramp-up and production, yield monitoring of running production and triggering yield improvement measures if needed; act as project owner for respective yield improvement projects Lead problem solving teams in case of customer rejects and production problems being in the front of high value US based customers in case of manufacturing or quality problems Drive taskforces / focus teams / 8Ds to address and fix products or manufacturing issues Act as owner and driver of DCDC EP & PMCD manufacturing strategy in alignment with Product Lines, Operations leaders and PSS board to enable flexibility, maximize resilience and minimize capital expenditures Act as Project Owner for technology transfer projects or Project Manager for product transfer projects; full responsibility for scope, budget / resources and results in a project team to ensure future growth for DCDC EP & PMCD Development and implementation of new methods / tools for product analysis to ensure successful, safe launches and smooth ramp up to high volume ProfileYou have a driver mentality and passionately aim for results by motivating others for your targets. As a true team player you are aware of cultural differences, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact successfully with various stakeholders. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A university degree in Engineering, Physics or a comparable program and have sound knowledge of IC processes and product designs Gained 5+ years of professional experience within the semiconductor and system manufacturing industry or in Supply Chain Management Obtained in-depth knowledge of Frontend and Backend processes including a deep understanding of manufacturing requirements and production strategy Experience with managing high profile projects and leading high complexity project teams Experience with the 8D problem solving method, taskforce / focus teams High affinity to number crunching, experienced with handling data and statistics; SQL database programming would be an added plus Excellent English skills, German skills as additional plus We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
