What are major focus areas of our product team : Assuming end2end DevOps responsibility as part of the product team by communicating with stakeholders Contribute to the development of a future-proof container orchestration platform, covering build, deployment and test automation as well as provisioning of infrastructure components in cloud & on-premise environments Maintain the application by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health Design concepts, evaluate tools and technologies to improve every aspect of the container orchestration platform (incl. CI/CD pipeline) Drive adoption of best practices in platform health, testing and maintainability What you bring to the table: Kubernetes (OpenShift, OKD) - 2+ years' experience Configuration Management (Terraform, Ansible) Security (Practice with certification management, standard authentication mechanism) State-of-the art source code management, i.e. Git Strong scripting skills (ideally Python, Bash) Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically Not a must have, but it would help us: Experience with Kubernetes on-premise installations Experience with cloud concepts and -providers, virtualization and containers (preferably in AWS) Experience in Queuing systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pulsar) Experience in building and operating a CI/CD pipeline Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies (such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Routing, VPN) Developed communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings Basic development skills (preferred Java) We want you as a person: Memes and GIFs are an integral part of your team chat communication ;-) You understand agility as a mindset, not a framework or a tool Structured and self-reliant working approach Pro-active attitude and team orientation Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment Sarcasm is a plus What we offer: You'll work in an international team at a leading bank You'll benefit from flexible working arrangements and determine your own work-life balance You'll benefit from the very latest in tailored professional development You'll earn an appropriate salary starting at 40.000,-- gross p.a. excluding overtime RBI AG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
