THE CHALLENGE: As Technical Project Manager you are responsible for the coordination of customer setups and the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our digital streaming product within the international OTT and sports market. You are the first face to the customer during the launch phase and the daily business; your core tasks include the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our core product, the setup of new applications together with the customer and the definition and coordination of additional requirements beside the core solution. Close collaboration with the development team and the product owner is one of the most important aspects. You also plan and execute the launch timelines together with our commercial and the account management team. YOUR PROFILE: Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in TPM role within the digital industry, preferable with online video streaming platforms High affinity for Web Platforms, Mobile and Connected Devices - strong knowledge in at least one of these areas is mandatory The proven experience to launch customer platforms in-time and in-budget Solid technical knowledge and understanding - you are able to translate customers visions to user stories and high-level technical requirements Process analysis, optimization and creation is important for you First experience with agile development - you are aware of SCRUM & Kanban and you love it!
