Each software development team is fully self-managed and works closely with the Product Owner and Product Management to deliver value. To power digital services, organizations are shifting from traditional on-premises data centers to multi-cloud environments with Kubernetes as the orchestration layer. These environments are dynamic, with applications, microservices, containers, and infrastructure coming and going in seconds, and a volume, velocity, and variety of data that are beyond human capacity to manage. We are not only required to process data on a massive scale but also to think about scalability, starting from down to the level of processing these amounts of data. Your role in the team You are part of a development team and fulfill the role of a Product Owner with a technical mindset In cooperation with your team and internal stakeholders (product management, architects) you define user stories, and you are responsible for fulfilling definition of ready and meeting the definition of done You make sure that only stories that are ready are scheduled in the sprint You are first contact person and moderator for the presentation of the progress in sprint reviews and product demos You make sure that our product and feature requirements are met QualificationsTechnical study related to IT (HTL, FH or University) or equivalent practical experience Work experience as a Product Owner or Backend Engineer with Java Feeling comfortable with working in an agile environment Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, and Atlassian tools is a plus Being able to express ideas and share concepts in fluent English Teamplayer and pro-active person of action, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized and visionary Joy in learning new technologies Additional InformationWhy Dynatrace We are a one-product software company with a flat hierarchy, with over 750+ software engineers.
