Games Certification Manager (m/f/d)with relevant work experience Vollzeit | Dienstort: WienAs we want our players to keep enjoying a fair, clear and protected gaming experience, we're looking for a Games Certification Manager (m/f/d) to support our young and talented Games Compliance team in maintaining this standard. You will be a key member of the team and will be in charge of ensuring that all games in our portfolio are in line with the different jurisdictional requirements and regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing different projects and regulations as you will be working simultaneously on various projects. YOUR TASKSCertification of new games in various regulated markets Test environment configuration and testing (game server, game client, web help, game parameters) Create certification documents and provide sources, tools and documentation Support the independent test houses (test laboratories) with questions and resolve bugs or change requests in close collaboration with internal departments (according to the applicable testing standards) Handle authority approval processes Work on regular game audits and ensure that non-compliances raised in audits are addressed in accordance with agreed deadlines Support our B2B team with their requests and provide test reports to partners Approve game updates for regulated markets on the production environment Provide timelines as well as status updates of certifications and authority approvals to make sure game releases can be performed YOUR PROFILEThere is no set route to become a member of the Games Certification team, but to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we are looking for: HTL graduation or bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or 3 years of equivalent experience in a related field Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Further language skills are beneficial but not essential Experience with communication at all levels in an organization and with external parties (authorities, lawyers, B2B, test laboratories) Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel) Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work on various projects simultaneously (prioritisation, multi-tasking) Quick learner and willing to take on responsibility for own projects Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, as a team player and in corporation with relevant departments to deliver certifications in the required timeframe Understanding of technical documentation of products Beneficial Knowledge iGaming knowledge or a basic understanding would be a plus Knowledge of web technologies Other foreign languages Programming understanding (e.g. Java) would be a plus HOW TO APPLYOur employees are our most valuable asset, which is why we honour their exceptional work with not only a variety of benefits, but also a very competitive salary.
