You'll be working in an exciting and challenging business domain where you'll be responsible for the quality of the developed product.You'll be involved in the whole software development process from specification to deployment and collaborate closely with the developers working in the team and your QA manager.You'll design and automate test scenarios (Rest-API & Frontend) for our software to ensure the software created by our developers is fit for purpose.You'll provide input and help us improve and establish testing processes in a newly founded project team.You'll become an expert in the software who can support in troubleshooting issues, analyse our software and systems, mitigate risk, and prevent software issues through uncovering defects and inconsistencies.You'll examine test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Qualifikationen
A good understanding of Java and at least basic Java coding skillsBasic SQL knowledgeThe interest to assist with establishing new testing processesThe will to learn new technologies and improve your skillsKnowledge of the Web applications testing processSolid skills in agile software developmentDevOps and CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins, AWS)
Erfahrung
2+ years of experience with testing and/or test automation and a clear understanding of the testing process, fundamental testing techniques, etc.A professional command of automating REST service tests (experience with RestAssured is a plus)Experience with automating frontend tests using Selenium (or the eagerness to learn it)Experience with testing of Mobile applications (Android, iOS)Experience with BDD & TDD (Cucumber)
