You are reflecting regularly and are willing to learn from successes and failures in order to constantly develop the team. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or comparable Professional experience as a team leader with the high ability to motivate and grow teams with your leadership skills Experience in project-based work ideally with basic skills in project management Strong background in semiconductor test (product- test engineering, lab) A proactive, self-driven character striving to get things done The ability to be flexible and work well under stress Very good communication skills in English, German language as a plus We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
