Cards Project Manager (f/m/x)The Payments and Daily Banking division is the product development engine for all payments-related solutions within the RBI Group. As part of our business offering, the Card Issuing & Payment Scheme Management team is working closely with the main payments card schemes on both acquiring and issuing sides, as well as on innovations that help us become the digital bank with a human touch. As our new Cards Project Manager, you will be responsible for the review and detailed analysis of business requirements, coming from various stakeholders within the RBI Group as well as from our external partners. You will be acting as a counterpart to our processing centres and serve as the main point of contact for change requests deriving out of new product offerings, its improvements or enhancements resulting from regulatory requirements. The main priority is to set up and to manage projects based on the business needs that are translated into technical requirements. You will ensure that the products are developed in compliance with rules and standards set up by the credit card schemes. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced and international environment, while meeting timelines and critical KPIs. What you bring to the table: Solid (international) experience within a banking and payments environment, covering mainly card issuing related projects (e.g. card product setup, wallet & tokenization projects, front end development) Experience in leading complex projects in agile and adaptive setups and in working with cross-functional teams (preferably within the CEE region) Understanding of card issuing products such as Card Present (POS), and Card Not Present (eCommerce), including Value Added Services (e.g., prepaid cards, loyalty programs) Knowledge of business analysis principles and practices Knowing how to work with card scheme portals and being aware of their rules (mainly Mastercard Connect and Visa Online) Understanding of cultural behaviours and customer requirements (focus on CEE) Advanced English language skills required, German would be preferable What can you expect in return?
