Product Manager - Data Protection (m/f/x)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker, capable of shaping easy to use software products and services far beyond just enforcing compliance on data protection law. You will take ownership of data protection - related product functionality and understand the legal framework and technical implementations. You assess data protection risks; design and develop sales- as well as customer risk evaluations. Ultimately, you will help our product teams develop pragmatic solutions, create a product and deliver value with data protection already built in by design. Your role in the team: Work in a global team and collaborate closely with product management, security, development, legal, support, sales, and marketing, to bring Dynatrace's already strong data protection capabilities to the next level Continuously improve and innovate on data protection - related approaches, features, and tools Your strong European R&D background gives us already a lead in data-privacy mindset; with your help we want to take this further and make data protection a clear competitive differentiator and distinctive value add for our customers Drive sales and go-to-market tools, that make it easy for our customers to quickly adopt product capabilities and privacy best practices QualificationsYour profile: 3+ years of experience in data protection within the software industry Strong interest and possibly training or experience in privacy and legal matters You want to dig deep into data protection topics and other relevant global data compliance frameworks and their applications Solid software knowledge to understand technical challenges and operations and development of a SaaS product, ideally including knowledge of HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, database schemas, and SQL Organizational, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset Passionate about combining compliance aspects, software, and business value Excellent English skills Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to and communicate effectively with teams internally, senior management, and customers Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?
