Qualifikationen

Deep understanding of design consistency and design patternsPro-active, motivated personality, with the ability to work independently and self-organizedPractical knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser/cross-device design issuesFluent in spoken and written EnglishBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern design-frameworks, ideally with Angular, and PrimeNG

Erfahrung

Study in UX and UI design and at least 5 years of experience in an UX/UI design profession developing web-based mobile applications, preferably in a complex B2B contextExtensive design experience with design tools in general, and at least 1 year experience with figmaExperience in communicating with non-technical and technical staff, such as Project Stakeholders, Product and Feature Owners, Business Analysts, and Key-Users to establish feature and usability details in meetings and workshopsExperienced in designing for hybrid (web-technology-based) browser, desktop, and mobile applicationsExperience in designing user experiences for an international, non-digital-native audience
