Head of Data & Analytics (m/w/d)We are a fast growing fashion direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand selling watches, jewelry & accessories, headquartered in Vienna. We have served over 700.000 customers in almost 100 countries worldwide and have grown to over 150 employees in six years. We are looking for a talented person to help us develop our IT infrastructure and build our enterprise data warehouse from the ground up, consolidating and structuring all data sources within the company. The right candidate should be comfortable with technical and organisational challenges a young company entails and be familiar with building an IT environment from scratch. As Head of Data & Analytics, you ensure that all decisions in the company can be made on a data-based and well-founded basis. You are responsible for the corresponding overarching data strategy and data governance and, together with your team, provide the required dashboards and reports. You can expect the following exciting activities:Overall responsibility for the overarching data strategy, data governance & policy and business analysis Development and establishment of our IT infrastructure & enterprise data warehouse Provision of data sources, techniques and tools for data-driven decisions, e.g. dashboards, reports, etc. Identification of internal and external growth opportunities, potentials and blind spots Go-to-person for all data-based (business-related) issues Negotiating mandate and close cooperation with partners, agencies, vendors What we expect from you:Completed degree (computer science, business informatics, statistics or mathematics desirable) 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position Comprehensive knowledge of databases / models and ETL processes as well as SQL knowledge Experience with data manipulation as well as experienced handling of processing and analysis tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau etc) Knowledge in backend (PHP) und frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript + jQuery) as well as AWS and Linux are preferable Existing experience within an e-commerce or SaaS marketplace business would be advantageous Very good MS Office knowledge Critical thinking and solution-oriented action Very good knowledge of German OR English What we offer:Versatile position in a dynamic company with a strong and collegial team Open, autonomous, environment where you can experiment and be creative Flexible/remote working policy Your application: Interested?
