Managing ESD, EMC and parasitic side effects of technology are among their daily tasks. Next to interdisciplinary work involving other departments, such as Verification and Concept Engineering, your new job will include: Definition of module requirements together with the Application Engineers Support of concept development on integrated circuit module level Development of behavioral models in VerilogA / AMS Design of analog and mixed-signal integrated building blocks for Automotive Power applications Pre-silicon verification and sign-off of designed modules on several hierarchical levels Support and close cooperation with analog layout Planning and tracking of status of work packages ProfileAs an Analog Design Engineer, you put your creativity into practice to come up with innovative solutions. With the following knowledge, experience and skills you are best equipped for this task: A master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent A proven track of 3-5 years of experience in analog design of integrated circuits Experience in high-voltage integrated circuit design is a strong plus Knowledge of BCD power technologies and specific expertise of parasitic devices is advantageous Understanding of analog layout Experience with ESD protection techniques Awareness of EMC-related circuit design Basic know-how of functional safety (ISO26262) Strong interpersonal, technical leadership- and self-organizational skills are a must Fluency in English.
