Technical Product Owner (m/f/x) for DevOps & Tools Thalheim bei Wels, Austria Full time permanent Your tasks and responsibilities:As Technical Product Owner for the DevOps & Tools Platforms of the business unit Solar Energy you are responsible for our internal tools along the software delivery pipeline of our inverters. / You drive the discovery and definition of requirements for our stakeholders (Release Manager, hard- and software development teams, Testing, Product Managers, Life Cycle Support) and plan the implementation together with the fast growing team / You work closely with the development team, help with best practices and act as sparring partner to refine and challenge ideas and architecture / You continuously drive the improvement of the DevOps platforms, emphasizing on effective feedback loops and developer experience / Optional contribution with hands on coding (depending on your background and necessity) / To stay aligned, you represent the team at planning and coordination meetings Requirements:/ Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) or several years of professional experience with focus on software development. / Experience with different programming languages and DB technologies (e.g., Python, C#, JS, SQL, Redis, ...) / Experience in development of distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD as well as automation and monitoring platforms of advantage / Experience with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence etc.) desirable / Distinct communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as a high degree of independence and organization / Eager to learn and stay cutting-edge / Good ability to abstract in order to understand complex interrelationships across systems / English and German spoken and written We offer:/ Flexible working hours and partial home office option / Company restaurant with varied and seasonal cuisine and subsidized meal plan / Parking spaces and charging stations for electrical cars / Buddy program and global training catalogue / Company kindergarten and toddler group in Sattledt with year-round care / Company events (year-end party, summer party, department excursions …) / Sports activities (beach volleyball court, payment of entry fee for running events …) For this position we offer a salary of at least EUR 43,750.-- gross per month.
