AT Coordination Team is located in the risk division and coordinates risk regulatory and steering topics in Erste Group Bank AG for the Savingsbanks.The team is responsible to support the B-1 in her role as head of "Team Risikomanagement" which is the main governance body for risk management topics in Austrian entities. The "Team Risikomanagement" is ensuring the coordination and alignment of the implementation and maintenance of risk regulatory and steering topics between Erste Group, its Austrian subsidiaries and all Savingsbanks. AT coordination ensures high quality maintenance of respective rules and standards, such as Rulebook Risikomanagement, and is responsible for the organization and execution of decision making committees and working groups in Savingsbanks Risk governance topics.AT Coordination is a small but powerful team of qualified professionals, with open-minding, agile and supportive atmosphere working in an interesting, strategic and dynamic environment, located in Vienna. Your TasksOrganizing and supporting in the execution of Risk Management Team committee and working groups Preparing briefings and upcoming meetings Gathering background information and conducting ad-hoc analysis for the head of Team Risikomanagement Managing various multifunctional interactions and activities Coordinating and aligning materials within division and with other B-1 areas, e.g. for headed committees Analyzing regulatory risk framework Supporting in the maintenance and development of the Rulebook Risk Management Acting as a SPOC for Savingsbanks questions & requests in view of topics covered by Team Risikomanagement Your BackgroundMaster's Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics or similar education with focus on financial regulation Interested in regulatory framework Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) Legal expertise as an advantage Team player with high communication and collaboration skills Analytical thinking skills, well structured, detailed and solution oriented which is relevant for quality assurance of deliverables You have skills and are interested in writing, as compilation of meeting minutes & the development of rulebooks & policies are basic requirements for day-to-day work Enjoy networking with various stakeholders, subsidiaries and Savingsbanks You are independently driving a topic to a conclusion Fluent in German and English Our OfferWe offer you an exciting and challenging position in an interesting and dynamic field, where you can continuously develop yourself.
