We have plans to build new digital banking end-to-end customer journeys and plan to roll the service out across multiple CEE countries. We would like to extend our offering to Daily Banking products and services, and, therefore, are looking for an open-minded and motivated candidate who supports our Retail Daily Banking team in Vienna as a: PRODUCT MANAGER RETAIL ACCOUNTS & CARDS (F/M/D)YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESCreate value propositions for our account and card products, based on customer needs and technological possibilities in digital banking Utilise customer needs to define our products via customer journeys (stories & epics) Operate market research regarding customer segments, targeting and price testing to create ideal customer packages and product offers Develop and adjust business cases & maintain and prioritise the product backlog Cooperate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure a smooth product delivery YOUR QUALIFICATIONEconomic/finance-based studies and 5+ years in daily banking or digital banking Understanding of customer profiles and experience and digital marketing principles Ability to contribute to a multi-layer IT development process for mobile banking Ability to define business requirements to product and customer journeys English language a prerequisite (CEE languages a plus) OUR OFFERA modern, centrally located office in the 3rd district of Vienna with a view over Stadtpark, canteen, home office, cell phone, laptop as well as job ticket and other benefits.
