Your Key Responsibilities: Empower the business to use data to make better & more informed decisions Build a deeper understanding of the behaviour, value & needs of our customers Analyse customer conversion across the website & app & identify opportunities to improve and optimise it Provide ideas for product and website A/B tests. Help set them up & analyse results using statistics Perform all duties of an analytics tool administrator including all site tagging, QA, debugging and configurations, managing account access & user training as requested Participate in Product & Marketing projects to ensure necessary analytics tracking is set-up and QA tested prior to product feature or campaign launches, as well as analysis & recommendations post-launch Build interactive reports & dashboards using Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio Play a role in building our customer insights strategy and especially the tools and approaches required for customer tracking & analysis across the web and app Your Qualification:Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science 2+ years of relevant experience in analysing customer data, extracting valuable insights, and communicating these to business stakeholders 2+ years of relevant experience in implementing and customising web and app analytics software (Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude, Hotjar) Deep experience with tag management systems (namely Google Tag Manager) as well as knowledge in JavaScript and HTML Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely or similar) Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical roles Full working proficiency in English; German / Spanish is a plus Independent, collaborative, and pro-active working style Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or similar) is a plus Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus Our Offer:A promise to ourselves to live the values:Pioneering, Courageous, Open & Focused.
