Junior Marketing Officer (f/m/d)Part-time (20 hours/week) - starting date: September/October 2022For over 40 years, Webster Vienna Private University (WVPU) has provided its students with an internationally competitive, American-style liberal arts education in the heart of Europe. As part of a global network of campuses based in St. Louis, USA, WVPU offers a student-centered education within the framework of a European research university. We offer accredited programs in our Business and Management, International Relations, Media Communications, and Psychology Departments. We are looking for an ambitious new team member to join our Marketing and Communications unit (MC) in the role of: Junior Marketing Officer (f/m/d) Part-time (20 hours/week) - starting date: September/October 2022 This position reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications and will support marketing, communications, and recruitment activities. Working closely with the MC team, respective staff and faculty, the position holder will support the implementation of the overall Marketing and recruitment strategy, aiming to achieve objectives outlined by the university. Main responsibilities Support the field of the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the marketing and communication efforts and activities related to digital outreach, i.e., creative content; Support the strategic development, maintenance, monitoring, and evaluation of the recruitment efforts and activities; Support the development of promotional activities of events, alumni and graduation related activities; Assist in the research of new recruitment and outreach tools/initiatives/platforms, communication channels, and other data related to objectives for recruitment; Assist the content creation and content-management updates on WVPU's website; Assist the audio-video (outsourcing) promotional (recruitment) production(s) and respective outputs(s); Support the maintenance of the education agents database of the contacts and evaluating their activities and delivery; as well as providing advice on future engagement with respective agents; Assist with proofreading and translations (German to English).
