At our Royal Canin site in Bruck/Leitha with a strong growth agenda, exporting into 70 countries, we are looking for: Supplier Quality Assurance Coordinator - (m/f/d, full time)As a Supplier Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will assure compliance to our supplier management and risk assessment standards/plans. You will lead supplier audits, while acting as the subject matter expert regarding the ingredient or material for which you are leading. Your goal will be to mitigate any recall risk and assure that we are delivering the best quality products possible to our customers. What will be your key responsibilities?Develops expertise in the Region to support internal and external stakeholders Assure quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance of a portfolio of low and medium risk Raw materials supplied to the manufacturing sites by implementing MQM Standard Shape the data environment to measure and report proper metrics for Raw materials and Standards in Europe, in order to confirm the efficiency of the actions taken, give visibility on SQA contribution to the Business, demonstrate compliance to Corporate Standards. Assess and validate supplier capabilities to meet Mars & Royal Canin Standards and specifications through the risk assessments, supplier evaluation, audits and deployment of qualification plans including trials organization with factories in scope. Support Business continuity, continuous improvement and do it best initiatives of the portfolio in scope, by partnering with Regional Sourcing, Operations, Suppliers and internal stakeholders. Anticipate and manage effectively quality exceptions and non-conformances to minimize business impact.
