Your TasksPlan and facilitate Human-Centered design methods in agile projects in the banking, finance and insurance context, with a strong focus on expert and business applications (web-based) Working in fast moving, multidisciplinary product teams, collaborating closely with business analysts, developers and product owners Conduct user research, derive user needs, create concepts from low to high fidelity, including user interface design, and perform evaluation Support projects across all project phases (from initial setup to development and beyond) Apply, refine and push our existing design system Conduct inhouse UX trainings Your Background3+ years of work experience in the field of UX Design Passionate about usability and UX Eagerness to live and communicate a human-centered design approach Strong portfolio and elevated sense of design Experience with a variety of visual and interactive prototyping tools Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly familiarize with applications Understanding of (web) technology Desire to work in multidisciplinary, participatory teams Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to communicate your design rationale, in front of small and larger groups of different hierarchical levels Ability to support and inspire teams through collaboration as well as direction, vision and planning of deliverables Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders Open minded team player, open to feedback from other disciplines Strong English and German written and verbal skills Our OfferEclectic UX driven projects in the field of bank, finance, and insurance Team of experienced UX Architects Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home is easily provided Benefits (https://www.erstegroup.com/de/karriere/benefits) of Erste Group A competitive and performance-related salary depending on your professional and personal qualification is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.220,- gross per year.
