Senior Appian Developer for Corporate Lending Orchestration Layer (f/m/d)Our team is looking for a Senior Appian developer (f/m/d) to join our cross-functional agile team which is responsible for our Workflow & Automation platform Appian in the Corporate Lending area. In this position you will join a team of currently 10 professionals working in a SCRUM setup. What you can expect: Develop Appian solutions Use Appian implementation best practices Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues Anticipate user needs and provide inputs for solutions Understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues Support in UX topics to create an outstanding user experience Being part of an international, distributed Scrum-team with internal and external Appian developers Work closely together with our business analysts What you bring to the table: Adequate technical education (Technical School or suitable University degree) 5+ years professional experience in BPMS, DMS and/or Workflow development 2+ years of experience in Appian implementation, knowing all aspects of Appian product and implementation methodology Appian certification would be desirable Experience with Appian plugin development (Java, JavaScript …) Experience with integration of REST-based APIs and Microservice Architecture Knowledge of contemporary collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira) Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum/Kanban Experience in financial industry is a plus Soft Skills: Pro-active attitude and team orientation Strong analytical mind-set and sharp logical thinking Structured working approach and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus Multi culture sensibility What we offer: You'll work in an international team at a leading bank You'll benefit from flexible working arrangements and determine your own work-life balance You'll benefit from the very latest in tailored professional development You'll earn an appropriate salary starting at 47.000 gross p.a. including overtime We are looking forward to receiving your online application! https://jobs.rbinternational.com
