The Agile Delivery Corporate Banking is developing Greenfield IT Solutions for the "Customer Master Data and Lifecycle Management" of RBI. This fully supports RBIs vision to become most recommended bank in CEE. As an agile delivery unit we are working with state of the art technologies in the cloud. We are a cross-functional Team of both business and IT experts. Join us and start the journey as a: Senior Appian Developer for Customer Onboarding und Lifecycle Management (f/m/x)What you can expect: Being technical lead of an international, distributed Scrum-team with internal and external Appian developers Define Appian solution architecture Develop Appian solutions Use Appian implementation best practices Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues Anticipate user needs and provide inputs for solutions Understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues Support in UX topics to create an outstanding user experience Work closely together with business analysts, API developers and testers What you bring to the table: Adequate technical education (Technical School or suitable University degree) 7+ years professional experience in BPMS, DMS and/or Workflow development 3+ years of experience in Appian implementation, knowing all aspects of Appian product and implementation methodology Experience in Customer Enablement and Excellence by ensuring end to end Project delivery by striking a right balance between the - time, scope, cost and quality Should have Appian Component Architecture understanding and should be able to troubleshoot platform / tool level issues Experience with Appian plugin development (Java, JavaScript …) Experience with integration of REST-based APIs and Microservice Architecture Experience with integration of data streaming (Kafka, Pulsar …) Knowledge of contemporary collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira) Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum/Kanban Soft Skills: Pro-active attitude and team orientation Excellent communication skill Structured working approach and problem solving skills Very good command of English (mandatory), German is a plus Multi culture sensibility What we offer: You'll work in an international team at a leading bank You'll benefit from flexible working arrangements and determine your own work-life balance You'll benefit from the very latest in tailored professional development You'll earn an appropriate salary starting at 60.000,-- gross p.a. including overtime RBI AG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
