About the job As an Application Architect at RHI Magnesita, you will work among specialists in cloud computing for Microsoft Azure Platform and you will directly report to the Head of Cloud Center of Excellence. In this position, You will be providing technical knowledge and experience to modernize and develop our custom and native solutions for our internal teams. This is a senior-level role where you will have the opportunity to design and implement solutions and technologies using Microsoft Azure cloud.You will play a key role in helping the product teams to solve their challenges and provide guidance on how to operate on the cloud environment. You will continuously be embedded in optimizing our existing infrastructure to be more efficient, scalable and robust. You will learn and contribute to Facilitate, communicate, design and guide the implementation of technical designs and implementation Develop software solutions and strategy to meet the architectural goals and needs of a CCoE consumers Liaise with programmers and software development team to design and implement an architectural system Design the interface between multiple applications, databases, and middleware systems Monitor the performance of architectural systems to ensure fluid interaction between components Ensure proper documentation of software design and developing processes in order to produce appropriate procedures for application use Design applications according to specific architectural design to improve overall system performance Ensuring that our systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats What we would like to see on your CV Education A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or any field of similar relevance Languages English - Proficient/Fluent Any other language is a plus Ideal knowledge & work experience Knowledge of serverless architecture open-Source technologies and scripting languages ​​(shell script); Agile Principles and Methodologies Good knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, NSG Rules, VPN Gateways and Express Route), Creating, deploying, configuring and scaling applications on Windows Azure PaaS Knowledge using modern Web UI technologies - Angular JS, HTML5, React, CSS3 & Angular Experience in infrastructure automation within the Microsoft Azure platform.
