SEO Specialist - m/f/dFounded in Vienna, Austria in 2020, initially as a Research Center (now Virnect Europe GesmbH), we have been working on overcoming various challenges in the Computer Vision and Augmented Reality field to help our clients integrate augmented reality into their digital projects. Currently, we are in the final stages of launching our very first own product. The service enables real-time detection and tracking of objects using augmented reality within your browser, without the need of any app. It is the most accessible AR content creation platform to date. Our technology can recognize and track digital objects from images to QR codes and allows to witness fascinating augmented reality anywhere and anytime. We are part of South-Korean VIRNECT- a global industrial XR Solution scaleup with more than 39 clients, over 100 completed projects, and more than 190 employees. We are looking for a SEO specialist who will help us with launching our AR content creation platform and ensure page optimization across the website to facilitate search results. You will help us to create relevant and positive user experience, growing website traffic, lead volume and brand awareness. Responsibilities:Developing SEO strategy with international focus, based on current market landscape and understanding of organic authority of competitors. With your critical thinking - you can "out-optimize" our website in position to others from the same industry. Optimizing landing page as part of creating great customer journey. With your empathetic analytic skills - you can balance optimizing metrics and understanding the human aspect of search engines. Ongoing testing and analysing of data and results, identifying trends and insights for strategic SEO direction. You have patience and understand that results take time and sometimes the volatile ranking factors can be a challenge. Manage and analyse website analytics and campaigns (including budget). You are bold in bringing ideas forward and identifying ways to solve challenges. You are adaptable to the constantly changing rules. Collaboration with internal stakeholders comes to you naturally and you can clearly communicate and visualize the value of what you do. You will work closely with the external agencies, content writer and business development team to implement projects together. Support content management - You can bring your creative side to the table and have a go at creation of text articles for the web, newsletter, and social media. Writing performance review, monitoring, and reporting of SEO development - so that your work is seen and praised. Your profile:2 or more years experience in online marketing (experience in B2D marketing, technical SEO and SEM) Education or degree in digital marketing, information technology or related fields Excellent command of both written/spoken English and German Versed in managing campaigns across Google (additional search engines are a plus) In-depth experience with website analytics tools, in particular Google Webmaster Tools Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Experience with A/B and multivariate experiment and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Interest in AR/VR/XR trends and developments is a big plus We offerOur offer starts well above the Austrian obligatory IT collective agreement requirements and begins at 46.000 EUR gross.
