In terms of succession planning for our IT Manufacturing Services Team at our Headquaretrs in Leoben we are seeking to fill the following opening with an experienced candidate Supervisor IT Manufacturing Services MES (m/f/d) The main responsibility of the Supervisor IT Manufacturing Services MES is to ensure analysis, consulting and implementation of IT Solutions and Services for Manufacturing Execution System (MES). With your team of Process Consultants, Technical Consultants and IT Operations Experts, you are accountable for delivering IT expertise and services for AT&S Manufacturing Services processes on a complex scale. You will be responsible for processing potentially highly complex customer requirements regarding Manufacturing Services and aligning customer requirements with current solution framework. The main scope will be the Plant Hinterberg (HTB) but also support of global projects. Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure analysis, consulting and improvement of IT Solutions and Services globally supporting AT&S Manufacturing Services processes in the plant HTB for the Manufacturing Execution System Area. Process potentially highly complex customer requirements: Develop and verify solution studies, define project proposals /service requests as well as functional requirements as baseline for test and acceptance criteria Supervise the usage of defined Process Consulting processes and methods Bridge to IT management, reporting on the status of current projects, identifying issues and assessing their impact, and proactively recommending solutions Ensure documentation of specifications, design, features and operation of applications. Support of the key-users in respect of system functionality and software features Additionally, maintenance of MES applications Customize and develop MES functionalities and support the development of MES and Automation System Your ProfileBS in Computer Science, Software engineering, Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or similar 3-5 years of experience in team leadership and/or working with MES or similar systems Familiar with ITIL or COBIT frame work Familiar with IT change management process and agile scrum methodology Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills as well as organizational talent Experience in working and process modelling in systems such as MES or SCADA Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), as well as .NET, TypeScript, Node.JS, JavaScript, C# Experience in MES -SAP Communications Experience working with databases such as MS SQL Familiar with test-driven development methodologyExcellent inter personal skills to work effectively with our internal customer Manufacturing, Engineering and Equipment teams Knowledge of Process Management and Service Management Project Management Skills and Leadership skills Strong customer orientation Intercultural awareness and strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Our OfferPersonal and professional development possibilities in a multi-national, dynamic company Opportunity to make an impact and contribute to the technological development of a growth company A vibrant, positive and rewarding working atmosphere Excellent working conditions Flexible work mode, with possibility of Remote-work (home office or shared office in Graz) If you are interested in this challenging task and want to become part of the AT&S team, please send us your application and detailed resume.
