Full-time Advanced Analytics IT LeadFuschl am See, Austria Apply now In order to support the advanced analytics agenda of Red Bull, we are looking for a passionate IT professional who plays a pivotal role in this area.As part of the Global IT at our HQ near Salzburg, you will be the main contact for matters around AI/ML, with a responsibility spanning from systems and platforms to governance definition, through the support of the various projects. Help bring the ML-OPS practice to the next level, keep our technology stack up to date, coordinate a pool of external ML engineers & enable our central Data Science team to deliver value to our business in the various projects we run. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:CONSULTANTS MANAGEMENTManage a pool of highly skilled consultants who support different projects, ensure they are properly planned and utilized Liaise with different project managers about ML engineers' allocation Provide either directly or through the external resources, consultancy on ML modeling and technical topics Resource planning & consultant management DATA SCIENCE PLATFORMConsult with technical experts to design, improve and manage new solutions for a centralized ML-OPS environment in the context of a highly integrated data warehouse with different source systems and external data sources, across all business departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing) Define, update and manage the global platform with its systems used both by our data science community and IT project teams BUDGETING & PLANNINGDevelop annual budgets for implementation and maintenance within the areas of responsibility Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget resources to IT/business requirements Ensure compliance with company and departmental financial controls GOVERNANCEFurther sharpen the governance, the roles, and the responsibilities of our ML-OPS practice ExperienceYour areas of knowledge and expertiseThat matter most for this role:Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Analytics in IT teams Architectural understanding in the context of databases and ETL Knowledge of machine learning architectures, frameworks and libraries Analytical and conceptual mindset, technical skills highly beneficial.
