Our vision is to keep the worlds' infrastructure safe by providing advanced digital services. YOUR ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead your own the end-to-end UX lifecycle and continuous improvement on the open SaaS platform (around digital structural inspections) which targets various personas. Work on new features and to unify administration tools, inspection services, user permissions, billing & accounting services, product intelligence and more. Plan and perform UX research, building insights from both qualitative & quantitative data to inform your proposed designs. Get **hands-on** to visualize and prototype design solutions, (e.g., with IA, **user flows**, **wireframes**, mockups, UI, etc.). Evaluate tech constraints, understand, and work around dependencies, tech requirements, user requirements, and the related impact on the user experience of the product. Continuously partnering with product managers, engineers, and other design team members QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years' experience in field of UX UI Successfully created clear user journey's, information architecture and user flows Experience with designing, shipping, and iterating on complex digital software products and systems -- not just websites or campaigns Experience performing and collecting UX research and translating insights to inform your designs Design from concept to completion on complex user interfaces Clear knowledge of experience strategy, interaction design, user research and information architecture Ability to create high fidelity mocks and click-able prototypes in Figma, Sketch and InVision or similar tools Knowledge of front-end web development Very good English (German is nice to have) WE OFFER YOU: Performance-related compensation and attractive incentive schemes The opportunity to work in an international business environment with cutting-edge technologies Participation in the scale-up phase of our growing corporate start-up Good-life-balance thanks to flexible working hours Personal development opportunities and room for own ideas and improvements Location: Vienna or Klagenfurt Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 43.314,74 per year.
