You will be able to focus deeply on technology challenges - while further pursuing your carrier. Your global responsibility implicates intercontinental business trips. Mutual exchange with internal and external partners is an essential part of your job as technical expert for Pad-Metallization. ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: A Master 's degree or Ph.D. in Physics Science / Material Science, Electrical / Microsystems Engineering or equivalent At least 6 years of working experience in metallization of semiconductor technologies, preferably in any areas like metal deposition processes, structuring, cleaning, and respective physical characterization methods Experiences in leading teams functionally or technically and are team-oriented Good communication skills, great work ethics and a talent for organization and self-motivation An analytical and strategic mindset and live up to high quality standards A solid technical background and expertise on semiconductor technologies, process integration and interfaces Excellent problem solving and project management skills as a plus The ability to communicate fluently in the English and German language We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
