Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Solution Owner (f/m/d) UNIQA Data Platform Your main responsibilities:Leading the Data Operations and System Engineering activities around UNIQA's Big Data Acting in the agile role of the platform product/owner, defining, managing and setting the priority of the backlog Determination of the requirements for operating and running systems, which process large data volumes from a variety of data sources Contributing to an agile team, which is committed to the fast delivery of high-quality results using technology stacks for Big Data development and operations in an international environment Managing the lifecycle of insurance-related Big Data and Data Science use cases Applying the DevOps methodology and improvement of the routines and procedures Your qualification:Several years of professional experience as e.g. technical Lead, experienced professional leader of small Hortonworks teams, collaboration in technical support projects High Proficiency in operation skills (Linux) for Middleware Technology Stacks like Cloudera Data Platform/ Proficiency of Java Development in enterprise-grade environments and scripting and DevOps tools Experience in the configuration of CICD and IaC (Jenkins, Ansible/Terra Form) Know-How in Job Scheduling & Job Automation (e.g. Automic) would be preferable but not mandatory Experience on operating Apps using Cloud Infrastructure Provider APIs & Management Consoles is of advantage Very good communication skills in English (German is a plus) Your core competencies:Action Oriented: We take action and learn from our mistakes Collaborates: We collaborate beyond conventional boundaries Finding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions.
