Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Process Manager:in (Business) for Finance Your main responsibilities: IFRS 17 data model & system application: Taking over from an internal colleague, you will go through a deep-dive of our finance IT system landscape, which consists of a data warehouse in which source data from over 50 operative systems are collected and harmonized. You will become the functional owner of the data model in the business data warehouse as well as the interfaces from the operative source systems into the DWH as well as the interface from the DWH into SAP FPSL. Business support: As the counterpart to a dedicated technical solution owner at our IT partner, you are the functional responsible for our IFRS 17 data model and ensure a stable maintenance of the data layers that support our finance workflows. You manage the technical support, coordinate defect fixing or decide on priorities for further developments/releases. Data quality & governance: You will lead the ongoing monitoring and development of solutions to ensure a high level of data quality across the dimensions of accuracy, completeness, consistency and responsibility - for example evaluating demands for new developments, coordinate the implementation of new data quality checks or improve the data governance among the group. Opportunity to work on challenging and complex topics in the insurance & finance area A lot of individual responsibility within a team that promotes open communication and flat hierarchy Possibility of mobile working up to 50% Your qualification: You have at least 2-3 years professional experience in a comparable position (e.g., business analyst, solution owner, data engineer, process manager, etc.) You have a good understanding of data models and how different software modules interact in an IT landscape Programming skills (ABAP, Java, SQL) are highly desired, but not mandatory as long as you are willing to develop those skills You are well-organized and have strong hands-on and 'getting things done' mentality You have a sound understanding of data management and are able to define and enforce data governance rules in a large company You are already familiar with the IFRS 17 standard, or you have a solid knowledge of accounting/finance principles upon which you can build for IFRS You are fluent in English and German for both verbal and written communication Your core competencies:Customer Focus: We are relentlessly focused on the needs of our customers Action Oriented: We take action and learn from our mistakes Collaborates: We collaborate beyond conventional boundaries Finding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions.
