Group Trading is an IT department supporting Erste Group's business areas Treasury Markets, Equity and Fixed Income Trading. We are co-located with trading at Erste Campus, where we provide the full spectrum of IT Services, from business analysis to implementation and integration, as well as user support, vendor management and daily operations of our trading applications. To meet the demands of our customers we are looking for a for a Junior Solution Manager to strengthen the team. We are looking for a person that takes ownership, has good communication skills, is customer oriented and has a strong technical background. Your TasksIT operations and application maintenance during business hours 1st level support for the users of the trading applications Handle customer change requests, incidents, and problems according to defined processes and policies Communicate with external vendors of trading applications in case of troubleshooting, change requests, maintenance, etc. Create and update solution operational manuals and IT support process documentation What you bring to the teamCompleted education with an IT-focus (HTL, IT apprenticeship, FH) or close to finish You have at least a basic knowledge of networking, scripting, Java programming and installation and configuration of applications running on Linux and Windows Server, and a great desire to improve in this area You are interested in banking and the domain trading business and products (e.g. securities, bonds) and you are willing to learn a lot of new specific knowledge. You are not afraid of asking questions or showing something to or advising someone You are team player who likes to work in agile teams taking full responsibility for defined tasks Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written Our OfferOpportunity to be part of motivated, multi-national team and to cooperate with many colleagues, functions and units across the Erste Group in our region Flexible working hours with the option of Home-Office (upon agreement) We guarantee a competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications.
