FINANCE/TREASURY MANAGER CHINAManufacturing, Shanghai area, f/m/dOur client is a European market leader in the automotive supply industry which is known for high quality, technology leadership, customer as well as employee focus and production efficiency. We are looking for a strong, dynamic, incorruptible and loyal manager who will, after a training period of some months at the European headquarter, be responsible for finance on site in China. Your main responsibility is cash and liquidity management and the prevention of fraud. Further tasks are the management of financial assets as well as liability, financial risk and compliance. You will be in charge of bank and payment management, liquidity planning & reporting, working capital financing, internal controls, process improvements as well as (credit) insurance management. Project financing and having a good overview of the banking scene in China as well expanding your area of responsibility will complete the job description. You have a finance degree, 3+years of experience in banking, treasury or project financing, ideally with a link to China. Excellent MS Office and English skills are required, German and Chinese are a plus. You are adventurous, hard to intimidate and assertive. You have excellent analytical and data processing skills, are open to change and willing to learn. You also have a high sense of responsibility and customer orientation and are team-player and possess intercultural expertise.
