We are a team of professionals with a start-up mentality in charge of one of the largest digital innovation projects in our banking Group. We have plans to build new digital banking end-to-end customer journeys and plan to roll the service out across multiple CEE countries. We are looking for a: Working Student IT & Organisation Area 25h/week (f/m/d)Your ResponsibilitiesSupporting the expert IT & Organisation team (i.e. IT, Security, Procurement, & Outsourcing) Collecting, validating, and publishing KPIs (IT-focused as well as financial) on a regular basis Developing small solutions for automizing repetitive administrative tasks Project assistance activities and tracking of procurement processes Regular supervision and checking of outsourcing agreement Handling other regular administrative activities Your QualificationYou feel confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have basic knowledge in data base query and reporting tools Your written and oral English skills are very good; German is a plus You are pro-active, enthusiastic, and communicative Your problem-solving skills make you stand out and reliable team-player and have a hands-on mentality Our OfferBeing a part of an international and innovative team and gain practical experience Learn from working with successful banking professionals Make the most of the benefits: centrally located office in the 3rd district with a view over Stadtpark, canteen, home office, discounts at different retailers and other benefits Payment according to the bank collective agreement on a gross monthly basis of at least EUR 1.522,54 /25 hours per week.
