For our office in Graz, AUSTRIA, we are looking for: System Engineer (m/f/d) Team: System Engineering - Business Line Gate Location & contract: 2 fulltime positions located in A-8020 Graz, Austria Roles and ResponsibilitiesOur team in Graz is working on a software which improves turnaround efficiency and uses integration and real-time intelligence to optimize apron at international airports. For this system and software, we are looking for passionate System Engineers with the following key responsibilities: Deliver training for customers on the GATE Solution Support the dedicated Service Team in cut over post go live Configuration, testing and commissioning of the SW products towards the customer requirements Document the implementation and design of solutions Support best practice processes: ITIL knowledge, DevOps environments a plus Targeting in quality, in time and in budget execution Follow the DevOps principles, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders Providing key input to the agile development processes and product design Our best matchA Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science related subject Advanced Linux/Windows server system administration Basic network knowledge Experience in JavaScript Understanding of High-availability systems Great English proficiency (additional language is an asset; 1 job vacancy with specific German language skills needed) Ability to pass a Criminal Records Check for an airport airside pass Willingness for international travel (days or weekly travels) to our customers and airports Nice to haves: DB administration, virtualization, experience with system integration into existing external systems, experience with Identity Access Management systems (e.g. Keycloak), experience of international working, experience in software development / Python / PostgreSQL / Powershell/BASH / Certification Management Personal CompetenciesYou have a very driven, motivated, and high-energy attitude that allows working in an international environment IT, software and learning new skills are your passion - aviation too Team player with high passion for aviation products and industry, as well as customer orientation and professional appearance Working customer oriented and in an independent way is your forte You possess a high level of autonomy and professionalism and „set the bar high "Being one team, we play to win together with you as being our new crew member We offer youA workplace that celebrates diversity, entrepreneurship and collaboration.
