Complete the onboarding and enablement of new customers while setting overall architecture for customer implementations, including data exchanges and transformation between enterprise systemsResponsible for identifying technical requirements and use cases to assure Zoovu's solution is properly implemented in the most efficient manner to drive value and exceed customer expectations.Act as the senior technical liaison throughout the customer enablement program, supporting the Platform Consultant and CSP to ensure quality deliverablesSeamlessly interact with product, support, and development teams as needed to accomplish daily activitiesDevelop technical documentation based on as-is and future state of customer implementationsDevelop and document best practices for common integration and deployment scenariosIdentify technical risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigateDemonstrate a high level of competency in the Zoovu platform and continually stay up to date with trends and latest features and functionalityContributes to ongoing initiatives that continuously improve our approach to efficiently and effectively deliver success to our customers

Erfahrung

Previous experience as a web developer / software engineerExperience with web technologies, specifically HTML, CSS / CSS3 & JavaScript. Frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Amber or Angular would be a plusExperience in enterprise integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks etc.)Experience in working with complex data sets and data manipulation, working knowledge of Regular Expressions

Ausbildung

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years' experience delivering complex projects / software on or before time
