Closely collaborate with in-house consulting team to augment solutions in core apps with relevant KPI's Establish world-class, cost efficient back-end and front-end/consumption solutions Develop and govern reasonable self-service capabilities Oversee capacity and skill levels of the data team, foster team's performance, build and maintain team of top talent Train individuals on chosen method, establish needed toolset and operating rhythm by applying agile/scrum/Kanban methods Provide maximum transparency to business partners (product owners) on current status of delivery against backlog Your Profile: Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, software, mathematics, data science or equivalent Demonstrated track record of analyzing business systems, defining business and functional requirements, creating models with established KPIs Consultative mindset/consensus building approach; understand stakeholder needs and deliver needed outcome Experience with business intelligence systems and reporting tools (PowerBI or Tableau) Knowledge of data visualization tools is important, as well as thorough statistical understanding Advanced knowledge of BI architecture concepts and tools, including data architecture, data modeling, ETL tools and reporting platforms Completer/finisher with can-do attitude who doesn't take "no" for an answer / solution Ability to conduct business in English Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application) The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.542,60 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
